Our practice has been in this area for many years. We have been in our current premises since October 2003 when it was built and the current GP’s have been with us since January 2012. Our aim is to promote continuity of care for our patients and we welcome all new patients within our practice boundary.

Our website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information.

NHS England » You and your general practice

You and your general practice (YYGP) has been developed to help patients understand what to expect from their general practice and how they can get the best from their GP team. YYGP also enables patients to provide feedback or raise concerns with their GP Practice, Healthwatch or the integrated care board (ICB). The YYGP document published by NHS England can be found by clicking here.

YYGP is also available in different languages on the NHS England website.

The Independent Complaints and Advocacy Service commissioned by Local Authorities will support Patients further understanding of the complaints processes and options available to them - to help ensure they are fully informed and supported. All this information can be found at the following link - https://www.cheshireandmerseyside.nhs.uk/contact/complaints/you-and-your-gp-charter/.
