There may be occasions where you may need an intimate examination by a clinician.

All patients at Nutgrove Villa Surgery are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation or examination where they feel one is required.

If a chaperone is unavailable at that time Nutgrove Villa Surgery will work with you to rearrange a mutually suitable time. If Nutgrove Villa Surgery feels delaying your examination would impact your care this will be fully explained to you.

We want patients to feel safe at all times and if you require a chaperone please do not be afraid to ask.
