Have you registered for online access?

Patient Access is a service provided by EMIS that allows you to access your practice online. Patient Access includes a number of optional features, including:

  • Checking, booking and cancelling appointments.
  • Checking your medication and ordering repeat medication.
  • Updating your contact information, including mobile phone number and email address.
  • Viewing your medical record including coded information on medication, allergies, illnesses, immunisations and test results.

Please ask a member of staff at reception for further details and how you register for this service.

Patients will have to request from reception a Personal Identification Number (PIN) this will enable patients to register securely online with EMISWEB.
